When you fill in a form (creating an account or applying to the supplier network), we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, role, country, and for suppliers what you supply and where. We use it to respond to you, assess the fit, and set up your account. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
When you book a call, booking runs through Calendly, which handles your details under its own privacy policy.
Website statistics only run if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics with IP addresses anonymised, to understand how the site is used. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Technical logs (such as IP addresses in server logs) are kept by our hosting provider for security and operations.
Simply.com hosts the website. Form submissions pass through Vercel and are delivered to us in Slack. Statistics, if you consent, are processed by Google. Call bookings run through Calendly. Where these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on EU-approved safeguards.
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and deleted when no longer needed. Statistics are aggregated and not tied to you as a person.
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to our use of it, and withdraw any consent. Write to mads@groundley.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
